WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
Our therapists accept most major insurances. Insurances accepted vary by provider and you are responsible for checking coverage before beginning care. We are glad to assist with statements if needed for reimbursement or information that would be helpful when checking your insurance coverage. Major insurances include, but are not limited to:

CAN I INTERVIEW MY THERAPIST BEFORE BEGINNING TREATMENT?
Yes! We believe that finding the right fit is important in a therapeutic relationship. We are glad to offer a 15 min phone consultation before an initial appointment to discuss needs and answer any questions you may have.
WHAT DOES THE FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH MY THERAPIST LOOK LIKE?
During the initial intake appointment you will have a chance to get to know your therapist and ask any questions you might have. Our therapists also gather information about your primary concerns, history, strengths, and more. At the conclusion of this visit, the therapist and client will collaborate on a plan to move forward with treatment.
CAN I PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR THERAPY?
While we accept insurance, we are happy to accept out of pocket payment and will offer individualized quotes upon request if you have specific financial considerations.
CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THERAPY VIRTUALLY?
Our therapists offer virtual sessions through privacy compliant video services for client's who prefer this method. Clients who prefer in-person therapy may also utilize virtual sessions as needed for reasons such as sickness, bad weather, and more.
