
Extended Trauma Treatment Sessions or ETTS
Often called EMDR "Intensives"
These 3 or 6 hour sessions explore thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and beliefs around a specific topic, experience, or memory. Our therapists incorporate Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy along with Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed parts work to heal from hurtful memories and reduce or eliminate symptoms such as anxiety, depression, fears, recurrent nightmares, uncomfortable body sensations, low self-worth, negative self-talk and more.
