Cari's goal is to support individuals and family systems through providing a safe space committed to recognizing each person’s experience and worth.
Cari has specialized training in supporting individuals during pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting including postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, and pregnancy and infant loss.
She enjoys providing care for pre-teens, teenagers, college students and adults. Cari's work is informed by specialized trauma training and rooted in child development, attachment theory and infant mental health. She aims to collaborate with individuals to offer genuine mental health care that supports skill development, mind and body connection, emotional expression and more.

Cari graduated with her Master of Social Work degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Michigan in 2024. Cari previously completed a BS in Psychology at Central Michigan University (2018) with an emphasis on research and child development.
