Amelia has been working in women's mental health since 2019, primarily through outpatient private practice. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Michigan State University, where she additionally received a Certificate of Medical Social Work. She specifically trained in trauma work in 2020, Internal Family Systems (IFS) in 2020, and perinatal work in 2023.
